Nikola Tomašević is a lawyer and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience across legal practice, finance and complex cross-border environments, working at the intersection of law, business and artificial intelligence. At Deep Netts he focuses on enterprise AI adoption – translating advanced technology into scalable, commercially viable solutions through partnerships, licensing and market expansion.
He is a founding partner of Four Legal, a Belgrade commercial law firm advising corporations and financial institutions on corporate, M&A, banking and real estate matters, and founder and President of CBSA – the Cross-Border Successions Alliance, a curated European network of leading professionals in cross-border legal, tax and wealth matters. He is also the founder of Herald AI, a Swiss LegalTech company building AI-driven workflow solutions for lawyers, notaries and wealth professionals, backed by an Innosuisse grant.
Nikola holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He began his career at Studio Legale Sutti in Milan and speaks regularly on the responsible use of AI in the legal profession. His work aligns AI innovation with tangible business outcomes – delivering measurable value, ROI and sustainable growth.
